INFORMATION

· Our handcrafted macarons are made fresh to order, in a facility that is Halal-friendly.
· They are currently available in Cape Town only.
· The sweet trays of macarons come as is presented. We do not allow for any flavour substitutions at this time.
· Our team of artisan bakers make every croissant, macaron and pâtisserie by hand, so the product you get may vary slightly from the picture, but we still guarantee flavour.
· We take no responsibility for the freshness and quality of our products if not picked up at your agreed date and time of collection.

ALLERGENS

· Our croissants, macarons and pâtisserie may all contain traces of gluten, dairy, egg and nuts in some clearly identified flavours.
· All products may contain traces of nuts, including peanuts. Due to the fact that all allergens are used in our facility, we cannot guarantee any allergen-free product.

ORDER & COLLECTION

· Please place your order with at least a 3-day notice. All orders placed before 2pm will be guaranteed to be ready 3 days later for pick-up at 10am. For example: an order placed by 2pm on Tuesday will be ready for pick-up by Friday morning 10am. An order placed by 4pm on Tuesday will be ready for pick-up by Saturday only.
· Your delivery date, time and place of collection will be confirmed by an auto-generated email once your order is placed. If you do not receive this email, please email orders@cocosafar.co.za to request such a confirmation.
